Why “Ogma”?

In Irish myth, Ogma is the god of speech. He is said to have created Ogham, an early alphabet written as strokes across a line. Our icon is an O for Ogma, crossed by the two Ogham strokes that spell the letter O. Say it “OG-ma”.
